Two checks are required at the time of booking: Rental Deposit check - deposited when received Damage Deposit check - will be returned at the end if the event if there has been no damage Rental Deposit is one-half the rental fee. The deposit is refunded if the event is cancelled at least 30 days in advance. If an event is cancelled less than 30 days in advance. Damage Deposit is $100.00 Other Possible Fees: Janitorial Fee (if extra clean-up needed) @ $10.00 per hour. **Rental Deposit refunded only if canceled 30 days prior to use.
